Each member of the campus community is responsible for preventing sexual misconduct and ensuring that the work and academic environments are harassment-free.

Examples of prohibited behavior include, but is not limited to:

  • Sexual harassment;
  • Gender-based harassment, including harassment based on actual or perceived sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression;
  • Sexual exploitation;
  • Sexual assault;
  • Domestic violence;
  • Dating violence;
  • Stalking; and
  • Discrimination based on race, victims of domestic or sexual violence, age, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, genetic information, marital status, breastfeeding, income assignment for child support, arrest and court record (except as permissible under State law), national guard absence, or status as a covered veteran

ONLINE TITLE IX TRAINING

Some of the materials covered in the training course may remind you of upsetting experiences that you, a friend, or family member may have gone through. Please know that you can stop the training at any time, and there are many University and community resources available to you for support, such as counseling, victim advocacy, and legal support.
